  • VERY nice MS ... I was a daddy's girl. I remember when he died, I felt an overwhelming loss ... an emptiness, like my heart was no longer within me ... a ship set adrift and abandoned. I've never gotten over the loss, though I have come to grips with it I suppose ... and it's been thirty-one years.

  • Does your company have a customer service department? ... most businesses do. If a company wants to keep and have return customers, they usually try to keep them happy. I'd refer them to customer service/support if you have such a department.
